From Mediterranean Lindau, the route climbs via the Rohrach climb into the Allgäu mountains. This panoramic tour is particularly popular for its magnificent views of the Allgäu and Vorarlberg mountains. Once you arrive in Füssen, its all about the fairytale kings, combining breathtaking lake and mountain scenery with the royal castles of Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. Remember to book your visit of the castles in advance.


The river Lech is your starting point for the day. The trail continues via the lakes Mittersee, Obersee and Alatsee to the Weißensee. Via the Hahnenkopfweg trail back to the starting point.

Ammergau Alps Nature Park, Werdenfelser Land and Alpenwelt Karwendel - these holiday regions make the hearts of Bavaria fans beat faster. The panoramic tour leads from the Allgäu to the Zugspitz region via the Echelsbach Bridge. Then continue on to Lake Tegernsee and from Kreuth you can hike along the Weissach river to the valley station of the Wallberg cable car. Take the train up in a relaxed manner and walk the last few metres to the summit of the Wallberg. Return via the Wallberghaus and the Alpine nature trail in the direction of Grubereck. Before the ascent to the summit of Grubereck, however, you take the Via Alpina down the valley back to Kreuth. For motivated hikers, the Risserkogl can also be included.


Off to the Royal Tour in the Tegernsee Valley. From Kreuth via the Gründhütte uphill to the Hirschberg (1668 m). Then for a well-deserved snack in the Hirschberghaus before heading downhill and back to Kreuth via Scharling.

Variety is guaranteed on the tour through the Chiemsee-Alpenland holiday region. The road over Sudelfeld and Tatzelwurm winds through the mountains, panoramic views are guaranteed. Then, near Oberaudorf, the route enters the plain of the Inn Valley. Via Nußdorf and Rohrdorf we reach Lake Chiemsee. Arrived at the last stage destination, use the day to take the Jenner cable car up the jenner to walk the beautiful Jenner circular hiking trail.


By public transport to Ramsau. From Ramsau to Schönau am Königssee starts with a short hike along the northern bank of the Ramsauer Achen. You will be rewarded for the efforts of the ascent with magnificent views. The view here wanders south across Ramsau to the Hochkalter, the northernmost blue ice glacier in the Alps. From Engedey you begin the ascent to Grünstein, a well-known panoramic mountain in the Berchtesgaden Alps. On forest roads and forest paths, you will go uphill in serpentines to the Grünsteinhütte, from where you will once again have a great view of the Berchtesgadener Land. Along the Weißen Wend, you hike down into the valley and reach Schönau after this varied hike. This stage ends here with a wonderful view over the Königssee. Overnight stay in Berchtesgaden or Schönau.
